third place after two hours of torture ...
The week has started very well but are Friday, I've done it again, that I felt really bad. I must say that I already had doubts whether I'd make the race on the length at all.
The warm-up I had still not a good feeling and that is why I am addressing the correct swimming loose. After the first few miles on the bike but I have noticed that my legs are not that bad and that I fit my new Airstreeem perfect. After about five or six miles I was in the lead with Luke and Hollaus Dorian Wagner (GER).
I was already pretty broken after ten miles, but I've just tried to keep fighting. I was trying even of the increase of my two competitors to go away because I knew that at least Luke is faster when running and a projection would be great. In the flat had I no chance and the two are always came back.
Right at the start of running were then really my strength and I have really no idea how I came to the finish then :-)...
I'm finished third in the standings and with my Viezelandesmeitertitel fully satisfied!!
