-made light cones from a sandwich bag, a wire as a handle, a candle in it (the glass) and a few Christmas motifs glued - voila, simple and beautiful
Wellness time
Everywhere the smell of oranges, cinnamon, gingerbread, candles, fragrance, maybe even after fire.
At the same time, people often so do not have time before Christmas and there's this so-called 'Christmas stress' in this really contemplative time.
But with the opening This door will be wiped away all the Christmas rush and just enjoyed relaxing :-)
My recipe for the pre-Christmas relaxation:
Take:
- a warm room
- a convenient base , eg mattress, pillow
- a wonderful seasonal scents in the room -
candles for a warm light :
to give you as
5 drops. Clementine
1 Tr. Cinnamon
into the filled with water, fragrance lamp, fragrance lamp as you can
a warmer with a bowl of water to use it.
ready for fragrances I recommend the company Primavera.
- a warming massage oil :
7 Tr. 3 drops rose geranium
. Ginger
1 Tr. Sandalwood
to 50 ml base oil (almond or jojoba oil) mix
(it may be modified according to taste, of course, with tangerine and cinnamon pretty)
- music for massage :
Winterlich beautiful: Loreena McKennitt " To Drive the Cold Winter Away "
or as relaxing background music, mostly instrumental:
Marina Raye" Blissful Journey "or " Snow Falling On Silence "
(for Listen see links below)
- a love people with whom you this relaxation time sharing
- loving hands and open heart
- and also some time and phone and door bell may break make
You now have all these ingredients together, you cast it into a soothing massage, based on what you feel.
Often I was asked whether one can do something wrong while massaging.
I mean, if you are a "feel-good massage" is that is easy and pleasant , each received and feedback indicates what is good for one need not worry, but may enjoy it.
And who lives in the area of Baden-Baden, may also enjoy a treatment at WELL EXPERIENCE book or come as a pair (s) to a small massage workshop to me.
A possible full-time sense I wish you well through this door and thank Ellen for the creative activities that leave us in the blog world and meet real sometimes again and again. wishes
